Terms and Conditions
1.Service Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the sole proprietor (“Instructor”) and the client (“Client”) for the provision of dance instruction services at the Client’s premises. By engaging the Instructor’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms
2.Fees and Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the fees as mutually agreed prior to commencement of services. All payments shall be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees once paid shall be non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the Instructor.
3.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The Client shall provide a minimum of 8- 12 hours’ prior notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Failure to do so shall result in the session being charged in full. The Instructor reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior intimation to the Client.
3.Client Obligations and Safety
The Client shall ensure that a safe, clean, and suitable environment is provided for conducting the sessions. The Instructor shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising due to unsafe conditions at the Client’s premises.
4.Health Declaration and Assumption of Risk
The Client represents that they are physically fit to participate in dance activities and shall disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations in advance. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees that the Instructor shall not be liable for any injury or health-related issues arising therefrom.
5.Code of Conduct and Termination
The Client agrees to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. The Instructor reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund in the event of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
6.Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Instructor’s liability shall be limited to the amount of fees received for the relevant session(s). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Instructor’s place of business.
